\u00e9tudes primaires. Il a ensuite poursuivi ses \u00e9tudes de m\u00e9decine \u00e0 l'universit\u00e9 des sciences m\u00e9dicales de T\u00e9h\u00e9ran jusqu'en mai 1994, date \u00e0 laquelle il a obtenu son doctorat en m\u00e9decine de la m\u00eame universit\u00e9. En septembre de la m\u00eame ann\u00e9e, apr\u00e8s avoir r\u00e9ussi l'examen d'internat, il a commenc\u00e9 \u00e0 travailler dans le domaine de la chirurgie g\u00e9n\u00e9rale \u00e0 l'universit\u00e9 des sciences m\u00e9dicales de T\u00e9h\u00e9ran. Quatre ans plus tard, en septembre 2018, il a obtenu le sixi\u00e8me rang parmi plus de 150 participants aux examens du conseil national de chirurgie g\u00e9n\u00e9rale.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En janvier 2001, \u00e0 l'issue d'un processus de s\u00e9lection rigoureux, ses contributions scientifiques et de recherche, notamment la r\u00e9daction d'articles et d'ouvrages scientifiques, lui ont valu d'\u00eatre nomm\u00e9 membre du corps enseignant de l'universit\u00e9 des sciences m\u00e9dicales de T\u00e9h\u00e9ran. Depuis lors, il est professeur adjoint au d\u00e9partement de chirurgie g\u00e9n\u00e9rale de l'universit\u00e9.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En novembre 2006, le Dr Kaviani a commenc\u00e9 un fellowship en chirurgie du sein et du cancer dans les prestigieux centres des instituts Curie et Gustave Roussy. Il a termin\u00e9 ce programme avec succ\u00e8s en 2007. En outre, la m\u00eame ann\u00e9e, il a \u00e9t\u00e9 admis \u00e0 l'Institut Gustave Roussy \u00e0 Paris, o\u00f9 il a acquis des connaissances et une expertise dans le domaine de la chirurgie mammaire oncoplastique et reconstructive. Enfin, entre 2006 et 2008, le Dr Kaviani a obtenu le certificat AFSA en chirurgie canc\u00e9rologique et le dipl\u00f4me interuniversitaire (DIU) en chirurgie oncoplastique et reconstructive du sein.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00c0 son retour de Paris en 2008, les contributions du Dr Kaviani en mati\u00e8re d'enseignement, de recherche et de th\u00e9rapie lui ont valu d'\u00eatre promu de professeur assistant \u00e0 professeur agr\u00e9g\u00e9 de chirurgie \u00e0 l'universit\u00e9.\u00a0 En 2010, il a cr\u00e9\u00e9 la premi\u00e8re sous-division universitaire des maladies du sein au sein du service de chirurgie de l'h\u00f4pital Imam, le plus grand h\u00f4pital universitaire d'Iran.
